Ms. Kim previously practiced law at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP and has experience litigating complex business disputes and representing clients in various transactional matters. Ms. Kim is also a freelance artist, has taught privately as well as for post-secondary schools, and has managed grant proposals for CalArts.
Ms. Kim’s diverse legal experience has included counseling non-profit organizations, negotiating sales of cannabis businesses, and advising startup companies. Ms. Kim is of counsel to the firm.
