Raina Kim
With a background in the arts and the law, Raina Kim is uniquely positioned to appreciate the goals and needs of independent creatives and entrepreneurs in the context of building and protecting their success with sound legal and business perspectives and strategies.
Ms. Kim previously practiced law at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP and has experience litigating complex business disputes and representing clients in various transactional matters. Ms. Kim is also a freelance artist, has taught privately as well as for post-secondary schools, and has managed grant proposals for CalArts.
Ms. Kim’s diverse legal experience has included counseling non-profit organizations, negotiating sales of cannabis businesses, and advising startup companies. Ms. Kim is of counsel to the firm.
